Our highly skilled personnel team drawing knowledge from a wide range of industries, including welding and engineering, site fixing, steel erecting, joinery and building, enable us to provide a full service to our customers.
Primarily, specialised welding directly for various Energy and Radiation
Research Authorities, vacuum tested welding for the Aerospace Industry
and MOD contracts.
Three 350 amp Miller Syncrowave TIG welders enable us to cope with everything from fine limit sheet metal welding to High Ampage aluminium section welding.
A portable 180 amp ESAB TIG set gives us the means to take our aluminium welding abilities outside of the factory.
Two welder/generators 220amp portable, and 300amp fixed, with 3 phase 32amp auxiliary take off allow us to be extremely flexible for on-site welding and cutting.
MIG Welders, Arc and Gas complement our team's professionalism.
On the sheet metal side we are fully equipped to manufacture general sheet metal components on a broad scale. Our equipment includes: Edwards 8' Guillotine, Edwards 8' Bench Folder,Barnes 8' Press Brake, 6' Capacity Nibbler, 6" Corner Notcher, Spot Welder, 4' Rollers, Selection of Fly Presses.
With years of combined engineering experience and ability we are adaptable and resourceful. Able to produce prototypes, through to small and large volume production runs.
