Dedicated cat ladders

Cat ladder installation to access gas valve staging. This was a complex installation with encumbrances everywhere and especially tight tolerances between the ladder and existing pipe work.

Heavy duty cat ladder arrangement fixed to the floor and wall behind only. The main criteria was that we could not attach any fixings to the sprinkler tank for insurance and guarantee purposes.

Energy Centre pavement works at Paddington Gardens

Due to a massive enhancement of boiler plant and ancillaries we were contracted to assist on a major crane lift operation. The new boiler plant would not fit through the stainless-steel pavement supports into the basement area beneath the pavements, we needed to cut away the stainless-steel gutters directly underneath the pavement prior to the supports being removed. This was done with a twelve-inch disc cutter used at head height whilst six metres high on a scissor lift.

Shimmering stainless steel scores again

Kitchen skirtings renewed and repaired in our second like-for-like London Tower Block install. All work completed out of hours, at night and on weekends. If you would like us to perform a similar installation for you, then please feel free to contact us
